6. Turn the "knife mold setting" switch to the left, and the cutting platen will immediately rise to the highest position. At this time, the cutter mold setting is completed.
Cutting pressure setting of cutting machine:
1. After the setting of the knife mold is completed, place the material to be cut on the pad, then place the knife on the material to be cut, and then push the feeding plate into the cutting operation area.
2. Press the two work switches (green buttons) with both hands, at this time, the cutting pressure plate is lowered and pressurized to the knife mold. After the knife mold cuts the material, it automatically rises to the position before starting and stops (cutting machine with pressure maintaining function). Raise after delaying hold).
3. When punching the material, if it is found that the material to be cut is not completely cut, adjust the cutting depth controller and turn the "cutting depth" knob clockwise; if the knife die is pressed too far into the backing plate, the "cutting" Turn the "Depth" knob counterclockwise. The larger the value of the knob, the deeper the cutting depth. Slowly increase the rotation range, and try to adjust it until the knife mold is slightly pressed into the pad.
Cutting machine ascending height setting:
Turn the "lifting height" knob to control the lifting height of the upper platen; the larger the knob value is, the higher the lifting height is. Remember that this value cannot be "0".
